Do you have return policy?
- We don’t have a return policy, but in case of damaged products or a wrong product received, we will exchange it.
- Please refer to the size chart to ensure you order the correct size.
- To initiate the exchange, an opening video of the product is compulsory.
- Write us at karubee.official@gmail.com within 48 hours to initiate the exchange process.
Do you have shipping policy?
- Shipping within Dhaka 80৳, Outside Dhaka 130৳. Which may vary based on the number of items in your order.
- Free shipping on orders above 3,000৳.
- Delivery within 4–7 working days, right to your doorstep!

Do you deliver Internationally?
We currently do not provide international shipping.
Our delivery services are available within Bangladesh only.
However, we’re actively working on expanding and hope to offer international shipping very soon!
How can I know my Bangle size?
To measure your bangle size, use a ruler to measure the inner diameter, from one inside edge to the other, straight across the center.

Yes! We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility all over Bangladesh.

How do I know once my order is confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will be directed to a confirmation page displaying an Order ID, a list of the item(s) you have ordered.
